- Post or stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Stream or promote content designed to suppress lawful free speech or civic discourse
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Stream content involving minors
- Share your stream key with unauthorized parties
5. Content & Streaming
You retain ownership of content you create. By streaming or posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your streams and content. We may remove content or terminate streams that violate these terms.
6. Stream Key & RTMP Access
Your stream key is confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your stream key. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to regenerate or revoke stream keys at any time.
7. Chat & Communication
Chat messages are subject to our community guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict chat functionality. Rate limiting is enforced to prevent spam.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Uncensored Freedom. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. The "Uncensored Freedom" name and logo are our trademarks.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncensored Freedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
